Job Summary: The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, answering multi-line phones, providing customer service and administrative support.

Pay Range: $22.00/hour - $28.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fielding a high volume of phone calls
  • Greeting visitors and accepting deliveries
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies
  • Periodic sanitation of surfaces
  • Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:
  • Proven work experience in a front office position, including busy multi-line phone systems
  • Professional and cheerful demeanor
  • Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs and demonstrated ability to learn job specific programs
  • Excellent customer service skills with internal and external customers
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that arise
