We are currently hiring a FULL TIME Community Relations Manager. In addition to posted salary, the position will be eligible for $100 per move-in that CRM contributes to.

FT Benefits: Base Medical plan is 99% employer paid, Dental, Vision and Life at the employees expense, Paid sick (1 hour for every 40 worked, able to roll over max of 56 hours) and 6 paid holidays per year plus a paid day off for your birthday, one week vacation after one year employment, with an additional week beginning in year 2 finally with an additional week starting in the 47th month for a total of 3 weeks, 401K eligible after 6 months with up to a 4% employer match after one year of employment, up to 3 days of bereavement and up to 5 days jury leave, First Choice Health Employee Assistance Program, Free meal at work.

The Community Relations Manager is responsible for coordinating all on-site sales and move-in efforts in collaboration with the Community Relations Director. This position assists in the implementation of the occupancy growth strategies created by the Community Relations Director. The position will be a crucial resource for successfully supporting seniors and families who are seeking the GenCare Lifestyle as well as ensuring a smooth move-in process. The Community Relations Manager will assist the Community Relations Director in implementing the Community Business Plan. The Community Relations Manager must possess a high level of customer service, self-motivation, and compassion for Seniors. Provide implementation and results necessary to achieve and exceed the community’s sales and move-in goals focusing on Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care, continuously maximizing occupancy, and achieving budgeted census. This role is also responsible for performing comprehensive support services to support the sales portion of the Community Business Plan effort as well as facilitating the daily operations of the sales and marketing office. Duties and Responsibilities: Required

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: · Primary point of contact for inquiries on Saturdays- schedule would be Tuesday -Sat · Conduct tours as needed when the Director is unavailable · Administrative role in maintaining inventory of marketing collateral · Assist the director with move-in process, including coordination with community team members, new residents and family members · Assist the Director with database management · Assist the Director with lead nurturing and contributing to the overall growth in occupancy at community · Create and post social media posts per Community Business Plan · Assist the Director with onsite events for prospective residents and community partners · Communicate with Community Relations Director to identify areas for improvement, streamlining, or optimization of processes All qualified and interested applicants are encouraged to email a resume.
