Will train new inspectors on inspection methods and will assist with the development of communication and training materials and will help in the execution of the day to day workload. When needed will be responsible for inspecting to address any holds, releases, and rejects through the RF gun.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Planning, organizing, and monitoring daily QC Inspection activities and workload for employees. Write reports, document and maintain inspection results data. Keeping files and data up-to-date and organized. Provide information to the Supervisor of any order failures along with description of defects and issues. Ensure QC supplies are in stock, materials needed are prepared and available. Ability to lead, coach and train a team of associates. Communicate concerns to the Supervisor and appropriate individuals. Self-motivated work style but also comfortable with team-based work structure; ability to demonstrate flexibility on the job.
