Contract need
Location: Marietta - near Battery/Truist Park
Hybrid work schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

We're in search of an HRIS Analyst who assist with managing and optimizing the organization's Human Capital Management System (Dayforce) and associated applications to support various HR functions. This role requires 2+ years of experience in HRIS administration and expertise in HR systems such as Dayforce, Workday, or similar platforms. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, a strong understanding of HR processes, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective system utilization.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of HRIS, including system configuration and data integrity.
Serve as primary point of contact for troubleshooting system issues and providing technical support.
Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve system efficiency through automation and integration.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate needs into system enhancements.
Design and generate reports to support HR decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Stay current with HR laws, regulations, and best practices related to data privacy and compliance.
Implement security protocols to protect sensitive HR data.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in HRIS administration.
Expertise in HR systems such as Dayforce, Workday, or similar platforms.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant HR technology.
Knowledge of HR best practices
