The ideal candidate would be based out of one of our office locations in The Woodlands or Energy Corridor in Houston, TX. This opportunity is also available located in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX. Responsibilities

• Provide overall project coordination and engineering oversight on assigned substation projects. • Specification development for the procurement, installation and testing of substation equipment. • Apply engineering application software to complete engineering tasks such as ground grid design, equipment sizing, relay coordination, and electrical studies. • Communicate and coordinate project activities with project manager, customer representatives, and other stakeholders. Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) in electrical engineering from an ABET accredited university • At least seven years’ experience performing engineering related duties • Knowledge of engineering standards including NEC, NESC, NEMA, IEEE and ANSI • Professional Engineer (PE) • Legally able to work within the United States for any length of time • Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English language #LI-RF1 Other Requirements: • Regular, reliable attendance • Work productively and meet deadlines timely • Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment. • Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies. • Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.
