Our client located in Wheeling, IL (on-site) is seeking a Director of Human Resources.

Responsibilities:

· Directs all HR functions for corporate and manufacturing locations

· Responsible for employee and labor relations including contract negotiations

· Manage talent acquisition, onboarding and new hire orientation programs

· Coordinate companywide training and development programs

· Management of annual review process and compensation

· Maintain compliance

Qualifications:

· Manufacturing experience in a family owned company.

· 15+ years of progressive HR experience

· Strong business sense

· Previous multi-site experience, corporate and plant HR experience.
