**Job Details** **Description** **Job Summary** As a Market Retail Leader you will motivate, coach, and support the vision of providing outstanding customer service and performance by leading a team of Customer Service Representatives in outlying bank locations. You will help achieve the goals of Dacotah Bank through the sales, service and transactional relationships you develop and maintain with customers. Actively promote and ensure a positive work environment for employees with in the market. Attract, develop and retain talent. Maintain excellent customer relations and effectively cross-sell other bank products and services. Also recognize opportunity to refer Insurance and Trust products and services through advisory and needs identification, ensuring positive and profitable relationships exist between the bank and its customers. Along with daily responsibilities, Dacotah Bank employees are highly encouraged to participate and support the numerous community involvement opportunities the bank provides throughout the year. **Accountabilities** As a Market Retail Leader for Dacotah Bank, while ensuring that applicable regulations, disclosures, policies, and procedures are followed, you will: * Provide exceptional customer service * Implement and hold team accountable to customer facing programs * Promote and ensure a positive work environment for all employees within the market * Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication * Manage bank visibility/recognition in the communities * Management of retail team **Skills** **Required** **Team Building**

**Education** **Preferred** Bachelors or better. **Experience** **Required** Experience managing multiple bank locations. Experience with sales and new business development in conjunction with meeting/exceeding individual and team goals. **5 years:** Sales management role, working with high performance sales teams. **Preferred** Strong financial acumen, including knowledge of banking industry, products, and regulatory understanding; complying with policies and procedures. Experience leading or participating in events and activities for local networks or professional organizations.
