This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the US. This role will lead the most complex and high-impact implementations of iRhythms EHR Integration & digital solutions services with health systems across the country. You will own the end-to-end integration strategy, guiding customers and internal teams through implementation planning, execution, and long-term success. This role requires a unique blend of technical integration expertise, customer-facing leadership, and strategic project management. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating autonomously, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving scalable processes that enable growth and innovation across the organization. We are looking for like-minded individuals to join our team today**What You Will Be Doing*** Leads the end-to-end project management of complex EHR Integrations between customers and iRhythm, overseeing multiple complex EHR projects simultaneously, to ultimately hand off the customer to our Customer Care organization for ongoing support.* Responsible for leading strategic internal & customer engagements, driving alignment across cross-functional teams, and ensuring stakeholder objectives are met through effective communication and facilitation.* Drives strategic ownership of the EHR integration between the customer and iRhythm, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, proactive risk mitigation, and delivery of measurable outcomes to support enterprise goals.* Applies advanced technical interface expertise to architect, test, and validate EHR integrations that seamlessly embed into customer workflows and operations.* Cultivates and sustains high-impact relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and customers, fostering strategic alignment, trust, and collaboration that drive long-term business outcomes.* Collaborates with senior leaders internally and externally to define program objectives, success metrics, and delivery timelines.* Provides enterprise-level leadership for integration initiatives across complex business units and high-impact customers, championing innovation and driving strategic alignment through innovative channels such as tech-enabled primary care and Epic Aura.* Champions Digital Solutions strategy across internal initiatives beyond customer-facing projects, including Commercial Market Development, Sleep, Lucem, and others, ensuring enterprise alignment, innovation acceleration, and seamless cross-functional execution.* Develops, implements, and tracks KPIs, goals, and success metrics, to ensure customer satisfaction and utilization of the iRhythm Zio Service across health systems.* Leads continuous improvement initiatives, developing new processes, playbooks, and metrics to improve scalability and quality of implementation delivery.* Mentors and guides junior project managers and cross-functional contributors, promoting project management best practices and technical expertise.**What We Need To See**You are a strategic, technical-savvy, and customer-focused individual who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments. You combine strong project management discipline with a system-level mindset, ensuring every implementation drives measurable business and clinical impact. The ideal candidate demonstrates enterprise-level expertise in leading complex EHR integrations across health systems and vendor ecosystems, with fluency in both technical architecture and operational workflows to drive strategic outcomes in healthcare technology.In addition to the overview above, here are a few key skills and qualities were looking for from you:* At least 8 years of experience managing projects, leading EHR integrations implementations in healthcare technology or health system environments* At least 8 years with EHRs (like Epic (Aura is a plus), Meditech, etc.)* Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and technical dependencies* Deep knowledge and experience configuring in HL7 integration solutions (IRIS for Health/InterSystems preferred, others are ok). Experience with FHIR is a plus.* Demonstrated proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, ObjectScript) and HL7 message structures (ORM, ORU).* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and executive audiences.* Experience driving strategic initiatives that enhance scalability, efficiency, and customer experience.* Strategic Agility in navigating dynamic and fast-paced environments, effectively prioritizing competing business needs, managing complex initiatives, and driving outcomes through sound judgment and proactive execution* Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and its evolving digital infrastructure.* Bachelors degree or relevant experience in health information technology, computer science, or related field.* Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, as needed.**What Is In It for You**This is a full-time position with competitive compensation package, excellent benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance (all of which start on your first day), paid holidays, and PTOiRhythm also provides additional benefits including 401K (with company match), an Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid parental leave, pet insurance discount, Cultural Committee/Charity events, and so much more**FLSA Status**: Exempt*As a part of our core values, we ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
