Job Summary: The Social Media Director at Blake Fulenwider CDJ - Clyde is responsible for developing and executing the company's social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads for the dealership. This is a full-time, individual contributor role located in Clyde, Texas within the fast-paced and dynamic auto industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and be able to effectively engage with followers while maintaining the company's brand image.

Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals • Create and curate engaging content for social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube • Monitor social media platforms for customer inquiries and provide timely and professional responses • Utilize social media analytics to track and measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotions and events on social media • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and make recommendations for innovative ways to reach and engage our target audience • Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets • Maintain the company's brand image and ensure all social media content is consistent with brand guidelines

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field • 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the auto industry • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices • Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in social media analytics and reporting • Experience with social media advertising and budget management • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
