This includes order verification and oversight of hazardous and non-hazardous drug compounding, collaboration with the nursing team and providers regarding patient regimens, active involvement with service line committees, and the provision of patient education. Job Requirements Education Required: Bachelors in Pharmacy - Graduate of an ACPE accredited school of Pharmacy Preferred: Doctorate of Pharmacy - Completion of ASHP accredited PGY1 residency Experience Required: No Prior Experience Required Preferred: 2 years healthcare setting or equivalent residency training Skills None specified Licensure/Certification/Registration Required: Licensed by Missouri Board of Pharmacy as Pharmacist, or eligible for licensure by Missouri Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacist, and licensure obtained within 90 days of hire. **Eligibility for licensure requires submission of application for Pharmacy License at time of hire** Medication Therapy Services Certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire
