Responsibilities:
Assist pastry production team, chefs, and cooks with mixing pastry products.
Work in different stations such as (fruit cutting, economy packing, juicing, assembly, and plating food).
Assist in baking, preparing, and mixing ingredients according to recipes and instructions.
Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook.
Organize ingredients by properly storing, labeling, and organizing ingredients in the pantry, fridge, or freezer to maintain freshness and prevent contamination.
Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team.
Qualifications:
Proactive and self-organized.
Ability to manage through a substantial workload.
Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines.
Ability to accurately monitor wastage.
Flexibility
(different shifts - night, weekends, and holidays) .
