We are seeking an experienced General Dentist for a 48-day locum tenens assignment in South Carolina starting Jan 5, 2026. This role offers a Monday through Thursday schedule with varying daytime hours. The General Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care, working within a supportive team and leveraging Dentrix EMR for patient documentation. Job Details Location: South Carolina Start Date: Jan 5, 2026 LOA: 48 days Provider Type Needed: General Dentist Schedule: Monday and Wednesday and Thursday 8am-5pm, Tuesday 7am-4pm Responsibilities and Duties Provide general dentistry services, including examinations, diagnoses, and routine dental procedures Develop and implement patient treatment plans Perform restorative and preventive dental care Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care strategies Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software Collaborate effectively with dental assistants and support staff Additional Information Must hold an active South Carolina dental license Basic Life Support (BLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certifications required Proficiency in Dentrix EMR system preferred Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
