THE VITAL ROLE YOU'LL HAVE:

As our remote HR Specialist, you'll be instrumental in overseeing all aspects of human resources, encompassing talent acquisition, project coordination, employee engagement, and compliance. Your responsibilities will include leading the entire recruitment process, and ensuring a smooth journey for both candidates and hiring managers. With your adept project management skills, you will take charge of HR projects from inception to conclusion, guaranteeing timely and budget-conscious completion of milestones. Offering guidance and assistance on employee relations will be instinctive to you, as will ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in devising and executing HR policies and initiatives aligned with our organizational goals. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

While preference is given to candidates who reside in UT, this remote HR Specialist position is available for people who live in these states: AK, AR, AZ, GA, ID, NV, NC, TN, TX, and UT If you call one of these states home, check to see if you meet the qualifications below:
  • 2+ years of experience in a human resources role focusing on recruitment, project management, employee relations, and compliance
  • Experience managing recruitment processes and human resources projects
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with experience conducting HR audits and ensuring compliance
  • Proficiency in handling company policies, implementing progressive disciplinary procedures, and managing employee relations issues
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
