We are looking for lead electricians to run our New Residential Electrical jobs. A Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Electrician license is not a requirement for this position but is a plus. Our ideal candidate will have: Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. An ability to effectively manage time and work safely while working on multiple jobs in a day. A willingness to take on the many challenges of performing their job as part of our team. A desire and ability to produce quality work independently and efficiently, and in an organized manner. An ability and desire to work with and train apprentices and helpers on an active jobsite. Experience roughing and finishing the electrical of New Residential Homes. The primary responsibilities for this position are: Stay updated and read the job schedule, scope and documents laid out by the project and/or service manager and customer. Ensure you have the proper materials and tools to perform the work at each job prior to the scheduled date/time. Work with both the service management team and apprentices, working safely and efficiently at all times. Communicate work progress/changes with the customer, office and/or manager. Create and provide timely work orders to support accurate and timely invoicing to the customer. Compensation and Benefits: Paid weekly by direct deposit. Company Credit Card. Paid Time off after 90 days: 40 hours (1 week) of PTO after 90 days, 40 hours (1 week) of PTO issued on the 1-year anniversary of employment. 80 hours (two weeks) of PTO will be issued each year on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year anniversaries of employment. 120 hours (3 weeks) of PTO will be issued on the 5th year anniversary of employment and all subsequent years to follow. 6 paid holidays per year. Birthday Holiday. Annual Golf Outing: A paid team building event run every year in the Summer/Fall. 401k We match up to a total of 7% employer matching. Bi-annual bonusing discretionary bonusing twice a year for all employees. $150/year professional development benefit for continuing education units classes or other trainings. $350 annual tool allowance. $150 clothing allowance. Quartz Health insurance Upper tier Quartz Gold group plan and Platinum group plan, partially funded by the company for employees, spouses, and dependents. Dental insurance is also partially funded for employees, spouses, and dependents. A $10k life insurance policy is provided, at no charge. Hours of Work: Hours of work for this position typically range from 7 am 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday but can vary based on the need to complete a project in process. Very little work is typically required off-hours or on weekends, but when needed, overtime rates will apply. Job Type: Full-time Travel: No extensive travel is required to most jobsites.
