Mechanical Maintenance Technician I - Nights  Competitive Compensation: Starting at $33.75 per hour with shift differential pay increase at $1.50 per hour.    Shift: Night Shift, 3/1/3 Rotating Schedule (on Fri, Sat & Sun. We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our Casa Grande team, supporting the production of high-quality plumbing products and fixtures. In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and recondition machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment, while also performing facility maintenance tasks such as building systems, lighting, plumbing, and HVAC. Working under a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll play a key part in ensuring operational efficiency and reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.   Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities  • Perform general maintenance and work on all machines and equipment.  • Provide electrical/electronic and mechanical diagnostics.  • Perform repairs to process machinery, equipment, and controls within assigned work area. • Perform all required preventative and predictive maintenance procedures on process machinery and equipment within assigned work areas.  • Proficiently utilize a wide variety of tools and instrumentation including, but not limited to, voltage tester, ammeter, megger, oscilloscope, hand tools, power tools, personal computers, vibration analyzers, and laser measurement equipment. • Assist in resolving maintenance-related process problems which may require the proficient operation of that equipment.  • Maintain technical competence in advancing technology via frequent training courses, on-the-job training, and vendor programs. • WORKING CONDITIONS - Heavy industrial environment, including, but not limited to exposure to heat, cold, dust, dirt, coolants, oils, noise, heights, and confined spaces.
