Major/Essential Functions Deliver face-to-face, virtual and hybrid (both asynchronous and synchronous) training sessions and professional development workshops for academic advisors at Texas Tech University Develop, deliver and evaluate training session assessments Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports about the effectiveness of training programs in the TTU Office for Advising Excellence Collect, research, and promote best practices in academic and career advising Work with Office for Advising Excellence Director, Program Manager and Assistant Vice Provost for Academic & Career Advising to plan, assess and evaluate center goals and objectives Responsible for training academic and career advisors on advising tools, advising-related software and technologies and professional best practices Responsible for creating visually appealing training materials Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field plus three (3) years related experience or a combination of education and experience to equal seven years.
