Stay on top of the actionassist guests, watch the floor, and never let anyone wait at the register. Build strong connections with guests, showing them your favorite products (but keep it diverse). Be proactive: always ready with a task or helping hand. Learn, grow, and share product knowledge with the team. Be punctual, positive, and a team player. Keep the space clean, stay aware of store projects, and communicate with your teammates. Let's make every guest's visit amazing The following physical activities are necessary to perform one or more essential functions of this position. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Must be physically able to walk, stand, and stoop for several hours each day. Must be willing and able to sit on the floor and get up without assistance.
