**Job Description**

Seeking a Sales Associate with a technical background, preferably in aviation, to join our team. This role involves significant customer interaction to determine necessary aircraft parts and coordination with vendors to manufacture these parts. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of aircraft parts and equipment, and experience in a part manufacturing environment is highly desirable. Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle from order to post-shipment, driving superior customer service, engaging in relationship-building with customers, communicating effectively with customers and vendors, processing customer purchase orders, and prioritizing vendor quotations with a keen eye for detail. The role also involves utilizing problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer and vendor issues, working closely with internal teams to expedite sales and operations cycles, auditing part stock levels, and maintaining an orderly stockroom. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management as needed.
