Address and resolve employee relations issues by providing coaching and guidance to both management and staff. Collaborate with function heads on restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives. Craft and implement strategies to enhance team member engagement, retention, and development. Partner with the Head of HR to identify talent needs and participate in the recruitment of key positions. Present HR initiatives confidently to the organization, fostering understanding and support. Facilitate confidential and sensitive discussions between managers and employees with professionalism. Act as a coach, partner, and confidant to employees at all levels. Work with the HR team to design and execute talent development programs that reinforce company values. Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and maintaining policy compliance. Stay abreast of the latest trends in employee retention, morale, recognition, and productivity. What You Will Bring:

Bachelor's degree with 10 years of HR experience, including 3-5 years as an HR Business Partner. Understanding of the biopharmaceutical sector, with a preference for biotech experience. Proven ability to work collaboratively with the HR team on talent and culture initiatives. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and achieve goals efficiently. Conduct root cause analysis and develop data-driven solutions to HR challenges. Confidently negotiate and influence others using logical and data-backed arguments. Skilled at finding “win-win” outcomes. Exhibit credibility, integrity, and trustworthiness. Thrive in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment. Handle complex employee relations issues with tact, diplomacy, and discretion. Strong communication skills, coupled with a passion for learning, self-motivation, and self-awareness.
