Job Title Project Manager II - Mechanical Construction - Traveling Location Columbus, Ohio Compensation Pay Range: $125,000 - $140,000 What's the Job? Provide comprehensive project management support during all phases of HVAC construction to ensure adherence to project standards, budgets, deadlines, and effective communication. Review, organize, and distribute contract documents, shop drawings, RFIs, and project schedules to the project team and stakeholders. Attend field coordination meetings, distribute meeting notes, and facilitate clear communication among all parties involved. Administer project-specific quality control programs, compile documentation, and oversee project closeout activities including manuals and punch lists. Develop and manage project schedules, labor requirements, and safety protocols to ensure timely and safe project completion. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Construction, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the building and construction industry, with a focus on mechanical systems. Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents and technical drawings. Solid understanding of business administration, management principles, and design techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to effectively coordinate with teams and clients. What's in it for me?
