Position Responsibilities
- Manage Uline's Oracle EBS application, providing responsive customer service to EBS users.
- Lead planning and implementation of large software development efforts involving multiple business stakeholders.
- Oversee the development team, setting strategy for designing and developing complex applications based on business requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of best practices in IT and software development / architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related field.
- 8+ years of experience managing an Oracle EBS environment and technology stack.
- Thorough knowledge of business processes including Financials, Purchasing, Cost and Inventory.
- Strong customer service experience in a leadership role.
- Experience leading a highly performant team supporting critical business applications.
