THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A NURSING DIRECTOR ASSISTANT The typical schedule is during standard business hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm. As a Nursing Director Assistant, you provide crucial support to the Director of Nursing by assisting with administrative tasks, reviewing plans of care, and ensuring their alignment with best practices and patient needs. Your role involves consulting with other RNs to evaluate and refine care plans, fostering collaboration, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Additionally, you manage and motivate personnel within the nursing team, fostering a supportive and high-performing work environment. This position represents a professional nursing role with managerial responsibilities, requiring strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence in patient care

OUR IDEAL NURSING DIRECTOR ASSISTANT We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications: 1 year or more of home health experience Current RN license Current BLS card
