As a Cashier Attendant you will be our customers first impression of our company so you must exceed their expectations. You will greet every guest and educate them by explaining our attractions and pricing. Using our Point-of-Sale system, you will efficiently process the customers transaction following appropriate company policies and procedures. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and a great work environment for your fellow team members is a must.

Requirements
- Welcomes customers promptly with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Asks and answers questions to educate our guests on all aspects of the attraction and options available.
- Participate in upsell strategies as directed by management.
- Properly operate the Point-of-Sale system and efficiently and accurately handle cash and other forms of payment.
- Display knowledge of all coupons, vouchers, and other special ticket types available.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Identify and handle any customer concerns and complaints involving Management when necessary.
- Must be able to maintain a quick and efficient pace when completing transactions to ensure a great customer experience.
