Seeking Admin/Support Staff to join our team

Primary Duties:

Records Custodian for Online Materials: Coordinate, update, maintain, and electronically file/archive all resource and reference material relevant to our operations.

Meeting Administration: Create and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and maintain attendance records for various workgroups within the department.

Financial Support: Prepare purchase orders and invoices for Programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial procedures.

Requirements:

  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in administrative or staff support roles preferred.
salary: $17.5 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
