Allinterno della Electronics Division stiamo cercando un/a Packaging Engineer per la nostra sede di Roma Tiburtina.
La persona verr inserita nel team del Microwave Lab in un ambiente di lavoro motivante e interdisciplinare costituito da ingegneri e fisici; interfacciandosi con le aree di ingegneria relative alla Sistemistica Radar, Progettazione Meccanica, Digitale, di Antenna e delle sezioni di Alimentazione.
La persona si occuper principalmente delle seguenti attivit:
preparare la documentazione tecnica costruttiva, piani di test e report tecnici di progetto;
occuparsi dei moduli a microonde di nuova generazione: Moduli T/R per Sistemi AESA, Moduli di Potenza, Moduli Multicanale, con allalto livello di integrazione;
integrare i componenti MMIC in package di varia natura (ceramici e plastici);
seguire le simulazioni termiche di componenti attivi in package;
collaborare con i progettisti MMIC, progettisti a microonde, e tecnici di integrazione;
gestire programmi di piccole dimensioni.
Titoli di studio:
Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria, Fisica o Chimica
Junior: : 1-3 anni di esperienza
Conoscenze e competenze tecniche:
Comprensione dei processi di integrazione sia a livello di componente (integrazione di primo livello) che di assiemi superiori (integrazione di secondo e terzo livello);
comprensione dei concetti di thermal management e gestione del calore in package ed in assiemi superiori;
capacit nella gestione di produzione di piccole dimensioni: gestione dei flussi di integrazione, gestione dei materiali, gestione dei requisiti, gestione del rischio e tempi di programma.
Conoscenze linguistiche :
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (C1).
