Vaco is hiring for a Part-Time Receptionist located in Walbridge.

The Receptionist will be responsible for receiving visitors at the front desk, answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls, and various administrative duties.

Responsibilities:
* Greet and direct guests and visitors
* Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
* Open and distribute incoming mail
* Enter safety audits in system
* Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
* Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
* Miscellaneous administrative duties

Skills:
* Must possess an extremely outgoing, friendly disposition and professional demeanor at all times
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work with a wide range of personnel, both internal and external
* Strong Word and Excel skills * Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
* Must be able to multitask, have good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

Education:
* High school diploma or GED
Work Hours: * 10:00 am - 2:00 pm Monday through Friday, except Holidays
* The ability to work additional hours to assist during other administrative staffs time off a plus
Desired Skills and Experience

Must have receptionist/ admin experience.
Able to answer multiple phone line as well as interact with customers
