**Description**

**Job Summary:**

This job will primarily consist of local vehicle operations involving positioning and moving product and materials between company locations (generally within a 50 mile radius). On occasion, the deliveries may require distances of up to 175 miles. Drivers are expected to support and work as a team with other employees of Warehouse operations.

**Responsibilities:**

* Receiving and placement of correct quantities of product.

* Consolidation of inventory/products.

* Pulling old items Out of Stock for donations.

* Stacking large orders of tread on skids for shipping.

* Loading and unloading, etc. of vinyl work in process. Removing empty skids.

* Recycle material hauling (cardboard, newspaper, scrap iron).

* Handling sawdust trailers at Seneca Millwork.

* Taking trailer uptown for newspaper collection.

* Operate trucks for the delivery, pickup and relocation of products and material. Delivering/retrieving tractors and or trailers from service locations (generally 50 mile radius).

* Performing occasional product deliveries with in a radius of 175 miles or less.

* Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations.

* Changing racks for new products, to make more room and for damage racks.

* Cycle counting of warehouse inventory.

* Taking trucks and trailers in for upgrades or maintenance.

* Assisting co-workers.

* Maintain all required certification required by DOT and OSHA and company safety. Ability to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner at all times.

* Assisting LTL when schedule or time permits.

* Preforming other duties as assigned.

+ Including but not limited to Tow Motors, computers, telephones, fax machines, copy machines, calculators, and different types of software.

* Ability to meet the physical demands of the position

+ Semi-moderate to moderate physical activity.

+ Including but not limited to sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, and crouching.

+ Ability to lift up to 75lbs.

**Education, Experience, and Qualifications:**

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

* Valid CDL license required.

* 50,000 of continuous safe driven miles required.

* 3 to 5 years of experience in related field preferred.

* Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving required.
