NEUROVUE is seeking a highly organized and experienced Cell and Gene Therapy CDMO Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience in project management within the biopharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in science and a bachelor's degree in a related field. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution, effective communication, and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives. Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
  2. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing inquiries and concerns, and managing expectations effectively.
  3. Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure adherence to financial targets and optimize resource utilization. Collaborate with finance and operations teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline project workflows.
  4. Quality Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with quality assurance and regulatory affairs teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and risk registers. Generate comprehensive project reports for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, accomplishments, and areas for improvement.
  6. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Encourage teamwork, professional development, and knowledge sharing to enhance project outcomes and individual growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management within the biopharmaceutical industry, preferably in cell and gene therapy or related fields.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion, within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards governing the development and manufacturing of cell and gene therapies is desirable.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
