The Project Engineer (PE) will be responsible for managing project information, coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants, and overseeing project documentation including RFIs, submittals, safety documentation, and drawings. The PE will participate in our year-long Project Engineer Academy to develop industry knowledge and skills. Essential Functions Document Control: Manage design changes, RFIs, submittals, and safety documentation using Procore software. Safety and Insurance: Track subcontractor insurance certificates and conduct safety walk-throughs. Field Reporting: Monitor and report on punch lists, observations, safety, and site photos. Material Delivery: Maintain delivery logs, communicate delays, and verify materials on-site. Project Meetings: Prepare agendas, track action items, and report on key project issues. Collaboration: Interface with clients, design teams, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Required Skills & Abilities Strong teamwork, persistence, organization, and communication skills. Time management, flexibility, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Required Experience Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture preferred. Internship experience is a plus. Basic knowledge of construction processes, schedules, budgets, and documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; OSHA 10/30 preferred.
