Overview Computer Support Specialists vacancy in Atlanta USA IT Support Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in Atlanta. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. This includes resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining network systems, and installing new equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for technology. Responsibilities Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues Install, configure, and maintain network systems Troubleshoot network connectivity issues Perform routine maintenance on computer equipment Assist with the installation of new hardware and software Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems Document all technical support activities for future reference Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or related role Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks Excellent problem-solving skills Strong communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Experience with Windows operating systems Knowledge of basic programming languages is a plus Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience) City: Atlanta (local candidates preferred) Note: This job is open to Nepali candidates who are fluent in English.
