Job Responsibilities:Demand Planning & Purchase OrdersComplete a top-down sales forecast and support OTB framework.Analyse sell-through and inventory levels on a weekly basis while incorporating future sales trends to ensure demand planning and monthly PO placement is optimal and drives growth.Minimize opportunity misses and identify risk areas for incoming orders by providing insights and recommending course of action.Work closely with Headquarters on monthly PO placement in a timely manner.Liaise with Product department on final PO placement; be a part of developing processes that ensure ways of working and regional strategy is executed with global brand direction in mind.Sales/Inventory Analysis & PlanningCollaborate with merchandising team to develop detailed OTB for all channels by product based on historical performance & strategic direction to optimize performance.Conduct ongoing quantitative analysis and insights across the region to ensure healthy margins, monetize opportunities and identify risks.Gather qualitative feedback from key stakeholders (Ecommerce / Operations / Merchandise / Brand Comms & Marketing / Regional Subsidiaries) to inform demand planning analysis.Perform detailed post-seasonal analysis on assortment performance against initial plan and identify growth opportunities.Develop bottom-up sales & inventory plan, track regional sales performance and perform inventory analysis to inform clearance plans; collaborate with merchandisers to build monthly flow plan for sales & inventory.Produce investment reviews to region and communicate how investment decisions will align with business strategy together with Merchandising Manager.Job Requirements:Degree in Business Analysis or any relevant field.At least 3 years' experience working in a vertical retailer with digital commerce.Good analytical skills, able to interpret product sales data to make key decisions that impact the business.Identify trends and problems, come out with proper action plan.Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
