Division Chief, Pediatric Urology

The Division of Urology at Nemours Children's Hospital, Delaware, in Wilmington, is seeking a Division Chief of Pediatric Urology to lead a clinically and academically active group of pediatric urologists.
The candidate will lead a team of 5 Pediatric Urologists supported by 3 MA's, 2 APNs and a PA. Candidates should have experience in all aspects of pediatric urology including genital reconstruction, urinary tract reconstruction, fetal urology, and voiding disorders of childhood. Participation in daily clinical activities including operating room, consultation, fetal therapy meetings and multidisciplinary and specialty clinics (Spina Bifida, Bladder Clinic, Bowel Clinic) will allow a diverse exposure to all areas of pediatric urology. In addition to the clinical responsibilities, the physician will participate actively in the education and training of urology residents and medical students from Thomas Jefferson University. Academic rank is awarded by Thomas Jefferson University based on established professorial guidelines.

- Affiliations with to major academic center in Philadelphia (TJU) and major medical center in DE (Christiana)
- Opportunity to train the urology residents from Thomas Jefferson University and Cooper urology programs throughout the academic year
- Collaboration with the Nemours Surgical Outcomes Center to perform and support clinical and health services research in the Division
