We are looking for a storefront retail clerk for our exciting e-commerce and retail environment. At Primary Arms, we pride ourselves on working smart, enjoying what we do, and exceeding our customers' expectations.

This is a full-time position with daytime hours.

Some non-standard work shifts may be required.

Duties & Responsibilities

•This person will communicate with customers to perform the following:

•Process orders

•Answer questions about our products

•Assist in stocking the store

•Perform other related duties, as needed, within the Primary Arms team

•Firearms knowledge/experience A PLUS

•Retail and/or e-commerce experience.

•Knowledge of help desk/case management software, order management systems, interest in firearms.
