Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for a Sr. Full Stack Engineer in Webster, MA. This is a direct hire opportunity with outstanding benefits. This is a hybrid position
Design, develop and maintain complex application systems working both individually and within a team environment. They will ensure that department standards and quality control processes are upheld, and company needs are satisfied. Lead the decision-making process with IT management and team members and make recommendations to effectively implement project requirements.

- Provide training and guidance to less experienced staff.
- Develop solutions to complex problems utilizing innovation.
- Ensure solutions effectively meet organizational objectives.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with other departments and external parties.
USD $105,000.00/Yr.
Max:
USD $130,000.00/Yr.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree or equivalent related experience.
- 6 - 8 years, or Associates Degree equivalent plus 8 or more years.
- Advanced knowledge of practices within the field
- Experience with Spring Boot, Java full-stack technologies, Angular or other web-based UI frameworks, RDBMS, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle DB, XML/XSD/XSLT, and JSON.
- Familiarity with modern source control, build, and continuous integration solutions.
- Proficiency in UNIX/Linux Shell scripting, Spring/Tomcat application server.
- Experience using JIRA, Jenkins, Sonarqube, Nexus, BitBucket, Maven/Gradle.
