Simply Good Foods is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to support continued growth. This is a critical role for the organization, supporting the Quest and Atkins brands in complying with regulations and laws at the ingredient and trade levels.

Keys to success in this role:

  • Strong background in Regulatory Labeling Regulations (US and Canada is a plus), permitted usage of ingredients and food additives, Genesis software or similar product.
  • Good understanding of nutrition and front of pack claims, and hands-on experience working with certifying organizations within the food industry.
  • Collaborative individual with experience working cross-functionally with other departments.
  • 2+ years of experience working in regulatory for a CPG food organization, preferably nutrition focused.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field such as chemistry, biology, or food science.
