With us, you'll find a supportive environment where your ideas are valued, and your growth is encouraged.Primary Assignments:Develop innovative solutions to improve equipment and processesManage projects with a fantastic cross collaborative teamCreate drawings and parts lists for equipment modificationsManage work schedules and resources effectivelyAssist with mechanical and fabrication tasksDrive the use of MES in our teamSupport the implementation of lean manufacturingEssential Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field2-5 years of Engineering experiencePrevious experience in the manufacturing industry is a plusBasic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) requiredWork Environment:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
