Large Oil and Gas Facility seeking a Building Engineer on a temp to hire basis for their Midland property.

The Building Engineer is responsible for completing work orders, grounds maintenance, painting, caulking, HVAC, plumbing, drywall, electrical and completing maintenance on buildings as needed. The Building Engineer will perform general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment, and grounds. The Building Engineer will also monitor the building operations and performance.

Additional Requirements: 
  • Mandatory overtime as needed each week
  • Mandatory on call once every other month
  • Use of personal vehicle may be required
  • Must pass background check/drug screen
  • MUST be experienced with basic Microsoft applications
  • Experience preferred in general maintenance of residential/commercial properties
Salary: $20.00 to $45.00/ hour DOE
Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
