The Opportunity:
In the world of SIGINT, how do you bridge the gap from data to information? As a Geolocation Operator, you'll find the right data and interpret its true meaning. That's why we need you, an analyst who will use their experience to get the most out of collection to support the DoD.
As a Geolocation Operator Site Manager on our team, you'll use your expertise to help lead your team in maximizing your customer's collection and derive intelligence for reporting and further target planning. You'll support SIGINT intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) operations that will allow you to pivot to support increased collection and targeting opportunities. You'll help build SIGINT products that will help to refine collection and analysis through pattern identification, tool feedback, and template development. This is an opportunity to gain experience with tactical SIGINT and Airborne ISR capabilities while demonstrating strong leadership qualities. You Have:
- 5+ years of experience with the SIGINT community supporting ISR Operations, RF collection, or direction finding
- 5+ years of experience with team management
- Experience with communications intelligence collection equipment
- Experience with processing collection data files
- Experience with developing working aids, course curriculum, and training
- Knowledge of ground, airborne, or national SIGINT collection systems
- Ability to conduct shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS diploma or GED
- Geolocation Technology Certification
- Master Instructor Certification in one or more active technologies
- Geolocation Operation Certification
- Completion of Intermediate Signals Analysis Course 451 or Advanced Signals Analysis Course 452
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,700.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
