Responsibilities
  • Process, enter, and follow up with all customer orders.
  • Use a variety of programs to input information.
  • Source products and research the vender database and websites.
  • Maintain a positive experience with customers and venders by handling questions and responding in a professional manner.
  • Other administrative duties: filling, checking mail, shipping, answering phones, etc.
Qualifications
  • Previous printing or promotional product experience
  • Computer skills - proficient in Microsoft products
