Job Summary:

Provide systems support for quality functions, including contract review, data analysis, and quality management system documentation. Design and manage process improvement projects and ensure product quality through continuous monitoring.

Work Hours:

  • 4/10 workweek

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects and resolve product quality issues.
  • Prepare test plans and documentation for improvement efforts.
  • Analyze quality costs and performance data.
  • Lead process improvement projects.
  • Coordinate product verification and contract specifications.
  • Address quality issues with operations/engineering teams.
  • Prepare reports on departmental activities and quality metrics.
  • Participate in organizational planning and conferences.
  • Issue and verify corrective actions.
  • Investigate manufacturing processes for traceability and robustness.
  • Support internal audits and assessments.
  • Maintain high ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong business communication and math skills.
  • Outstanding judgment, planning, initiative, flexibility, and creativity.
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
  • Physical capability to walk steps and visit various programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 7-10 years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., Six Sigma, benchmarking).
  • Eligible for necessary security clearance.
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and communication skills.
