Level IIHSD and two plus (2+) up to four (4) years of experience working as a Dental Assistant in a dental office.-OR-Have completed an AA Dental Assisting Program and minimum one plus (1+) years of experience as a Dental Assistant in a dental office. Level III HSD and four plus (4+) years of experience working as a Dental Assistant in a dental office, -OR-Have completed an AA Dental Assisting Program and minimum two plus (2+) years of experience as a Dental Assistant in a dental office, -OR-Foreign trained dentist.Preferred Qualifications: 1. Expanded Duties Certificate.2. Radiology Certificate or ability to obtain within 90 days from hire.3.
