**Lead Mover - Full time, $24/hr + Benefits & Overtime**

at Landing Charlotte, NC **About the Role:**

We are looking for a **Lead** **Mover** to join us at Landing In this role, youll lead our team of 3 movers and help our team by packing furniture in the box trucks from the warehouse and transporting it to different sites to unpack and install furniture. * **$23/hr** + Overtime +$1K Sign On Bonus

* Support warehouse operations including receiving, loading & inventory management

* Help with all aspects of installing Landing Homes in the Charlotte market (transporting materials to site, painting accent walls, placing furniture, hanging artwork, mounting TVs & removing debris)

* Creating world-class homes for Landing members and delivering a wonderful living experience.

* Nice to have but not required: 2 years of high-quality moving experience

* Lead or any supervisory experience required

* Handyman skills - experience with painting, hanging TVs, etc. is a plus

* Self-Starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

* **Valid drivers license required and the ability to drive box truck**

* Strong team player & willingness to go the extra mile and ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment at a quickly-growing company.

* Aptitude for continuous improvement and implementing new procedures.

* Experience with FF&E or warehousing a plus
