Job Description

Responsible for the daily operation of the Customer-site asset handling processes, including inventory management, data erasure, packaging for returns/redeployment/disposal, and scheduling transportation services as needed.

Skills Required

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

• Must be able to operate a pallet jack.

• On-site receiving functions for new equipment orders.

• Performs imaging of reclaimed (re-deployable) assets (if applicable).

• System builds (software, applications, etc.).

• Asset tagging (if applicable).

• Device return processing and scanning.

• Assist with Inventory management – new, re-deployable, disposal equipment.

• Data Center Inventory using customer-provided tools and training.

• Hardware separation by disposition (Redeploy/Disposal).

• On-Site data erasure (data sanitization).

• Maintains the Customer-site facility in a neat, clean, organized and orderly fashion.

• Prepares Equipment for pickup/shipping.

• Passes escalations to the Program Supervisor as needed.

• Any other reasonable activities within the scope of the resources’ technical abilities that is agreed upon by both Customer and supplier.
