Job Title SAP VC Functional Consultant/Modeler
Relevant Experience
(in Yrs) 8 - 10
Technical/Functional Skills Experience in following functions:

Requirements gathering, SAP systems analysis, design, testing and implementation of SAP Variant Configuration models
•Domain Knowledge: Manufacturing Industry
•Relevant Experience: Minimum one Full Life Cycle Implementation and More than 4 Years
•Work knowledge & work experience in Variant Configuration (VC), Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) and Solution Sales Configurator (SSC)
•Analysis and initial assessment of the VC data
•Should have good understanding SAP VC data structure in back-end tables and help build data extraction tools.
•Data modeling and it's mapping in SAP in complex business Process
•Defining the characteristics, writing the rules, characteristic values based on business requirement
•Well versed with SAP Characteristics, Class, Classification, Variant Tables, Constraints, Variant Function, Object Dependencies.
•Should be well versed with SAP Variant Pricing and Knowledge bases
•Understand complex products
•Perform functional and integration testing of VC and SSC models
•Integration of SAP VC with business process of PP, SD Costing & Purchasing
•Integration technologies i.e. ALE /IDOC and PDR(product data replication)
Experience Required MUST: A independent performer who has excellent communication skills, presentable to customer and can lead the implementation of SAP VC
Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
Maintain a collaborative, team relationship with peers and colleagues to effectively contribute to the group's achievement of goals.
Roles & Responsibilities Other Skills -
- Work on onshore/ Offshore model
- Good Communication Skills both written and Verbal.
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Generic Managerial Skills Understand customer, translate business needs to definition and design and also cascade effectively to offshore team to get the work done effectively and timely
Education ny but manufacturing domain experience preferred
