About the role We are seeking anexperienced Logistics claimsspecialist responsible for processing and reconciling customer claims, postingand maintaining documentation of chargebacks for large retailers. In addition,individual will be responsible for SIOC certification and tracking of carrierperformance with 3PL. They offer support with the maintenance of logisticspolicies, administer, and maintain compliance programs; coordinate with Financeand Sales team to promote accurate and timely processing of claims.

Keyresponsibilities include: Monitor, dispute and minimize chargebacks with Amazon & other accounts Investigate and resolve non-compliance issues, shortage claims, operational chargebacks Processes disputes and responds to product inquiries. Maintain operational performance using portal metrics tracking and reporting. Leads process improvements, recommends best practices to eliminate penalties. Maintain accurate & professional communication with partners and cross-functional teams. Works collaboratively across departments to achieve necessary compliance requirements. Monitoring outbound transportation shipments with 3PL. We’re Interested in Hearing from People Who Have: Accounting Experience preferred. 2-5 years’ experience managing Amazon (Vendor Central accounts preferred) 1-5 years’ transportation experience (monitoring FTL/LTL shipments) Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required. Knowledge of 3PL, EDI, WMS, TMS, D365, Salesforce a plus. Detail oriented, organized, strategic and analytical thinker. What we offer you:
