We currently have an immediate opening for a Merchandise and Fulfillment Coordinator. Start your exciting career with us today Work Summary: Carry out all aspects of warehouse fulfillment including, order fulfilment, merchandise transfers, retail phone sales, phone reservations, and inventory management. Travel to all public visitation sites may be required for product transfers. Weekend and evening hours are required on occasion. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Duties: Receive, package and unpackage merchandise to be inventoried. Receive and ship deliveries using shipping software to include package labeling and returns. Use carts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around the warehouse. Fills orders received from online orders including but not limited to pulling requested products and prepare for shipping/order processing. Performs cycle counts as needed. Updates products and makes adjustments within inventory system. Great attention to detail and exceptional customer service. Additional general warehouse duties as assigned. Must be able to lift 25lbs. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience in warehouse, retail, or other general labor with proven results preferred. Shopify and Stocky experience preferred. Benefits : Health & Dental. Paid Time Off. Employee Assistance Program.
