Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager (Temporary Position) to lead projects that drive user acquisition and growth across B2C, fulfillment, and user growth initiatives. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects aligned with Supermom's user acquisition KPIs. Please note: This is a temporary role, available only for the duration of the project. The contract may be renewed based on the company's direction. The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager with strong analytical skills and proven ability to collaborate across functions to deliver measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end projects related to user acquisition (B2C, fulfillment, and user growth), ensuring alignment with company KPIs. Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, allocate resources, and monitor execution progress. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, product, and data) to ensure seamless execution and on-time delivery. Track and analyze project performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend corrective actions. Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and outcomes. Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and KPI targets. Support in designing and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and scalability of growth initiatives. Proactively identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Serve as the key point of contact for stakeholders on user acquisition and growth-related projects. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. 4-6 years of project management experience, preferably in digital, B2C, or growth-focused industries. Proven track record in managing projects related to user acquisition, marketing campaigns, or growth operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, or equivalent). Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is a plus. Familiarity with digital growth metrics, funnel analysis, and KPI-driven projects is highly desirable.
