Join our dynamic team in Miesbach and help shape the future of aviation: Project Manager (m/f/d) Business Unit Boeing YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You will manage projects within the Boeing Business Unit, while ensuring successful delivery of the project scope within the specified time and budget. You are controlling the project status (budget, schedule, delivery items) and ensure compliance with milestones, specifications, processes in an aviation environment. You set priorities for the project team to ensure project success on the critical path. You negotiate project parameters with the customer, if necessary, and adjust the planning accordingly in cooperation with the Business Unit Manager at Telair. You are also supporting the Business Unit Manager and Sales Team in acquiring other profitable new business projects. You are responsible for planning, control, and management of such new customer-focused programs for various aircraft platforms. Typical duration for a project is 6 months for product improvement projects to 3 years for new systems. This does not include acquisition and planning phase. You will have opportunities to expand your perspective in the future and enhance your skills by handling assignments in Sales and Operations. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS As the ideal candidate, you hold a university degree in industrial engineering, business administration or comparable qualification. You demonstrate 3 years of expertise in project management, preferably in the aviation industry. Certification in project management (e.g. IPMA Level D or similar) preferred. Results oriented, with bias for action and a sense of urgency. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, data-driven with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple items. Self-starter that excels in an entrepreneurial ownership culture. Leadership abilities, including high accountability. Solid business acumen. Effective open and honest communicator with solid interpersonal skills. You are fluent in English and German language, both written and spoken.
