- Firmware Development (not required, bonus): Design, develop, and implement embedded firmware for various components of our AUV systems, including control systems, sensors, communication modules, and power management systems.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including specifications, test procedures, and user manuals, to ensure efficient and effective system maintenance, troubleshooting, and future development.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in firmware development, board design, and relevant technologies. Identify opportunities to enhance system performance, reduce cost, and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, mechanical engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful project execution. Communicate technical concepts and ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
