Customer Service Specialist We're hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support surgery product usage and billing in a fast-paced medical device environment. This fully remote role runs MondayFriday, 8 AM to 6 PM, with flexibility after training. You'll validate product usage, process orders, resolve billing issues, and collaborate with hospital billing teams and sales reps. Accuracy, communication, and ERP experience are key. Pay Rate: $20/hour. Remote: 100% Schedule: 8 AM 6 PM (flexible after training) If you're detail-oriented, Excel-savvy, and thrive in customer-facing roles, this is a great opportunity to grow in the medical device space This is a Contract position based out of Weston, FL. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
